7.) Appfolio Tenant Portal : You may pay rent via your Appfolio Tenant Portal Monthly or set up automatic payments. Please remember to adjust your final months rent if necessary via your tenant portal. If you over pay the rent, we will cut you a check once the excess payment clears. We are not able to re-credit via credit card as the credit card company is an unaffiliated third party vendor.
