Tracy Lu Guillen, Esq is a licensed attorney, a member of the California State Bar, a California licensed real estate broker, a member of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors, and has been involved in the real estate business since she graduated from UCLA in 2001. After her tenure with the law firm, Tracy partnered with Carolina Guillen and opened Esquire Realty & Esquire Property Management in Camarillo, CA. Tracy has personally been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions, has personally inspected over 2,500 residential properties, and is an expert in residential income property sales and property management. Tracy has managed a large portfolio of real properties in California since 2004.

In addition to her Juris Doctroate from UCLA School of Law, Tracy holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara.

Monica Valdez is quickly becoming one of Ventura County’s real estate rising stars.
