Janae Lynn Garcia was born and raised in Ventura County.  She attended California State University, Channel Islands earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology.   She has many years of experience as both a licensed Realtor as well as a full time property manager in Oxnard and Camarillo.   Janae has a passion for helping others and ensuring that transactions go as efficiently and enjoyably as possible. On any given day, and especially during the weekly inspections, she can be found driving across the county as Esquire’s Community Liaison.   As an active member of the local Real Estate Community, she believes in giving back the community and her clients with honesty, respect, and trust.

In Janae’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and family.   She enjoys hiking, singing, dancing, being outdoors, and also coaching youth sports.   Janae enthusiastically announces, “I love what I do and I am excited for what the future holds.”
