Your new home will be spotlessly clean and absolutely immaculate.

When you move in we will be there for the move in inspection, and in the unlikely event that you move out from one of our homes we’ll be there too. If there’s ever a problem with the house – let’s say a drain gets clogged or one of the water faucets just won’t turn off – our established team will be there 24/7 to help you with any problems. We even have a 24-hour hotline if there is ever an emergency.

Most importantly we make it easy and convenient for you to pay your rent. You can pay online at our website, we can send you postage paid envelopes to mail your rent in, you can pay at Walmart and other locations throughout the County, or if you prefer you can drop by our office on Mission Oaks Boulevard in Camarillo where we are open every weekday until 5:30 p.m. Imagine, no more getting hit with late fees or threatening notices!
